Close and Re-Open an Account

To close an Account:

  1. Search for Customer/Booking/Account.

  2. In the Customer Folio screen, with Accounts tab selected, click to highlight the relevant account.

  3. Either right-click on this account and select Close from the options displayed, or click on Close Account from the left hand menu.

You will only be able to close an account if the amount owing by the Customer is $0.00. Any amounts still owing by the Agent at time of account closure will be invoiced to the Agent on account when exported to your accounting package.

To re-open an Account:

  1. Search for Customer/Booking/Account.

  2. In the Customer Folio screen, with Accounts tab selected, click to highlight the relevant account.

  3. Click on the "Re-Open Account" button from the left hand menu.

If this account has previously been exported, you will need to make manual adjustments in your accounting package once the account is re-opened.
