General Settings allow you to amend a range of preferences that tailor EVIIVO frontdesk to your needs.
In Manage, click on Account Settings on the left hand menu, then General Settings.
Enter or update information in the following fields as required:
Industry Classification
In order to optimise use of EVIIVO frontdesk, the Industry Classification to which your business belongs needs to be accurately specified. Choosing the appropriate Industry Classification is important as it affects the way your business is identified within other distribution channels, e.g. VisitBritain. To select an Industry Classification, click in one or more of the boxes within the Industry Classification table.
Target Market Attributes
Specify one or more target markets to which you wish to market your products. Depending on the target market attributes you choose, your business could be included or excluded from a number of distribution channels that can sell your products. Click one or more of the boxes within the Target Market Attributes table.
System Preferences
For Events and Attraction businesses only: To Allow Pick Up Locations to be specified for Products, click Yes. You will then be able to Allocate Pick-Ups when setting up Products, so that this information can be selected when making the booking, and all details can be displayed on the associated Manifest Report for that Product.
To allow Different Offline Agent Commissions for each Product, click Yes. This allows different Agent Commissions for offline agents to be specified, depending on the Product booked.
To receive Newsletter, click Yes.
Application Preferences
To have Business Details printed on Tax Invoices, click Yes. Click No if you intend to print on company letterhead with all details included.
