Source of Enquiry 

The Source of Enquiry list allows you to monitor the effectiveness of your marketing initiatives by identifying the source of each booking. When taking a booking through Res, the operator can ask the customer where they heard about the product and select this information from the Source of Enquiry drop down box. This information can then be used for marketing via CRM functions, and producing reports available via the optional Business Management Reports Module.

View/Enter Source of Enquiry 

  1. In Marketing, click on CRM from the left hand menu, then Set up Source of Enquiry. If you have previously entered Sources of Enquiries, they will appear in this section as a list. 

  2. Enter each different Source of Enquiry into a separate field.

  3. Click on the " Add More Lines" button if more fields are required.

  4. Click on the " Save" button.

Delete Source of Enquiry 

  1. In Marketing, click on CRM from the left hand menu, then Set up Source of Enquiry.

  2. Click in the "Check to delete" box adjacent to the line item to be deleted.

  3. Click on the " Delete Selected Lines" button. Deleted items will no longer be displayed in the drop down list when taking a booking, however, will still be included in CRM/Reports if they have been used for previous bookings.
