My Website shows the products which can be booked online via your own website.
For full details on the steps required for activation of online booking capability, refer to the Set Up section titled Activate Online Bookings.
Click on the Marketing tab.
Click on My Website from the left hand menu. The screen displays a summary of all the Products that are available for booking online through your "My Website".
To make a Inventory available for online booking, edit the Product details in Manage.
In Marketing, click on My Website from the left hand menu, then Customise My Website.
The Website Address for your business will be listed. It is automatically generated by eviivo frontdesk.
Enter the Website Title. This will appear as a heading on your online booking page.
Enter the Page Background Colour, Font, and Text Colour to be displayed on your online booking page. (Note: the background colour and text colour must be entered using a Hex Code.)
NEW FEATURE! Remove the tick from the “Show Guide Prices” check box if you do not want the Guide Prices to appear on My Website.
NEW FEATURE! In the box called Special Requirement Instructions, type the words that you wish to appear on My Website to capture specific customer information, e.g. "Please specify your arrival time and any special requirements".
NEW FEATURE! Enter the custom title that you wish to display on My Website for your type of business, e.g. Accommodation could be replaced with Bed & Breakfast, Non-Serviced Accommodation replaced with Self-Catering Cottage.
Click on the "
Save" button.
Click on Instructions from the left hand menu. As per the instructions displayed:
Option 1 allows you to use the automatically generated URL to be used as your own website address
Option 2 displays code that can be provided to your web developer to create a "Book Now" button on your own existing website
