Seasons

Create New Seasons

  1. Click on the Manage tab

  2. Click on Inventory Setup in the left hand menu

  3. Click on Seasons in the left hand menu. If you have previously created any Seasons, a summary will be shown here

  4. Click on the " New Season" button

  5. Enter start and end dates for the Season

  6. Enter a description for the Season.  It is recommended you include the year in the Season name eg Winter 2008/9

  7. Repeat until you have set up all seasons required

  8. Click on the " Save" button

Once a Season has been created, it then needs to be associated with Products.

Edit Seasons

  1. Click on the Manage tab

  2. Click on Inventory Setup in the left hand menu

  3. Click on Seasons from the left hand menu. Previously created Seasons will be shown here

  4. Click on " Edit" beside the Season to be modified

  5. Make any necessary changes

  6. Click on the " Save" button

Delete Seasons

  1. Click on the Manage tab

  2. Click on Inventory Setup in the left hand menu

  3. Click on Seasons in the left hand menu. Any previously created Seasons will be shown here.

  4. To delete an entire Season, click on " Delete" beside the Season to be removed.

  5. Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion.

You will not be able to delete a Season if you have existing bookings for that Season.
