The Customer Folio is where all booking and other information for each Customer is stored. It is from within this area that the customer account is managed.
In the Customer Folio screen, when the Accounts tab is selected, all accounts for this customer are displayed. Each line in the Accounts table in the top half of the screen represents a different account (which may contain one or more booked products). Click to highlight the Account you wish to view.
In the bottom half of the screen, click on the Customer tab. This displays a list of all products and/or other expenses to be paid by the Customer direct to you.
Click on the Agent tab. This displays a list of all products and/or other expenses to be paid by the Agent (if an Agent Booking) direct to you.
A summary of amounts owed by Customer, Agent and total is displayed at the bottom half of the folio screen.
In the Customer Folio screen, when the Details tab is selected, all contact information previously recorded about the Customer is displayed.
To edit any of these details, click in the fields and make the necessary changes.
Click on the "Save" button.
In the Customer Folio screen, when the Notes tab is selected, all marketing and other general information about this Customer is displayed. Note that this information is generic to the Customer, and not specific to any particular booking or account.
To edit any of these details, click in the fields and make the necessary changes.
Click on the "Save" button.
When making online bookings, Customers can enter special requests or additional information.
1. Search for the Customer/Booking Account.
2. Note the information entered in the ‘Special Requirements’ field under the Accounts section.

Once you have clicked on the required Account, the "Account Options" section to the left of the Customer Folio screen displays a range of information about the account/booking including:
Status: whether this account is Open or Closed.
Origin: where the booking originated - 'Online' means via a Distributor's website (including your own website). 'Res' means an offline' booking, made by yourself using the Res tab to record the booking.
Agent: the name of the Distributor website that an online booking came from.
Agent Ref: the reference entered when making an offline booking for an Agent.
Booking Ref: the reference number automatically generated by the system when an online booking is made
Paid by: if an Agent booking, whether the payment for the Product booked is to be received from Agent or Customer
Check-in/Check-out: the commencing and concluding dates of the booking
Guest: whether or not you have clicked to Check-in the customer and then clicked to Check-out the Customer
