Click on View Bookings by " Diary".
If possible, identify the booking by the name displayed in the table or by double-clicking on the diamond icon of the relevant Tour/Attraction/Event to open the Current Bookings screen.
Right click on the booking and select "View Customer Folio" (or select another required action).
OR
Click on View Bookings by " Account".
Select the appropriate view Criteria for the Customer you are searching for, e.g. Commencing on tomorrow's date.
Select the Customer from the list displayed, right click on the booking and select "View Customer Folio".
OR
In the Search field, enter the surname or first name of the Customer. If you are unsure of spelling, enter only the first few letters.
Click on the " Search" button.
A list of search results will be displayed. From here, click on the "CF" (Customer Folio) icon to View/Edit Customer Folio, or click on the "NB" (New Booking) icon to make a booking for that Customer.
OR
To search by Booking Reference Number, in the Search field, enter the Booking Reference Number (which you may have found, for example on the emailed Booking Confirmation).
Click on the " Search" button.
The search results will be displayed. From here, click on the "CF" (Customer Folio) icon to View/Edit Customer Folio, or click on the "NB" (New Booking) icon to make a booking for that Customer.
