Offline Agents book your products on behalf of their customers without the use of an online channel and can receive a commission.
Offline Agents' booking requirements are usually communicated to you via telephone, email or fax.
Offline Agent bookings may be made on Account (i.e. an invoice is sent to the Agent for the cost of the booking), paid by the customer, or paid up front by the Agent.
An Offline Agent may not book your products on behalf of a customer via any online distribution channels.

There are two types of commission that can be applied to an Offline Agent:
The Default Commission is a commission level applicable for all the bookings made in Res on behalf of the Offline Agent.
The Product Commission is a specific commission level which can be applied to each different Product, and then overrides the Default Commission for that Product Type. If no commission level is set for a specific Product, the Default Commission level is applied.
In order to enter Product Commission, the General Settings for your business must record that different Offline Agent Commission is allowed for each Product. See View/Edit General Settings in Manage for further information.
