Distribution Settings define the way products are sold online. It is important to keep this information up to date, as it will appear on the booking page of your website and any online distribution channels for the information of customers or agents booking your products.
Typical Booking Terms are displayed below. It is recommended that you review these terms and modify them for your own business needs.
In Manage, click on Account Settings from the left hand menu.
Click on Distribution Settings.
Enter or update information in the following fields as required.
Conditions of Use
Enter information relating to the general terms under which your customers can use your online products. For example, this may include information about children, pets, smoking, car parking, insurance etc. This information will appear on the booking page of your website and any online distribution channels for the information of your customers or agents booking your products. Booking Terms
These are the terms under which you will accept bookings and cancellations for your online products.
It is essential to specify your refund and cancellation policy here in the Booking Terms.
This information will appear on the booking page of your website and any online distribution channels for the information of customers or agents booking your products. Bookings
A 'booking' means any order for our products or services on this site that is accepted by us.
Acceptance will be made by us (and a contract concluded) when we have received full payment from you.
There is no agent involved in this booking process, the contract is concluded between you as the Customer and us as the Business.
Refunds & Cancellations
For cancellations made outside of 48 hours, a full refund will be made.
For cancellations made within 48 hours, no refund will be made.
To make a cancellation, you will be required to call us on [INSERT YOUR PHONE NUMBER]. Please ensure you have your credit / debit card details handy in order that we can arrange for the refund (where applicable) to be made.
Payment
Full payment for all bookings is required at the time of booking.
