Override a check-in or check-out in order to change the status of the Customer in the System.

In the Customer Folio screen, with Accounts tab selected, click to highlight the relevant account.
Click on the "Override Check-In" button from the left hand Account Functions menu. This Customer's status will change to "Not Checked-in".

Click on the "Override Check-Out" button from the left hand Account Function menu. This Customer's status will change to "Checked-in".
