Override a Check-In or Check-Out

Override a check-in or check-out in order to change the status of the Customer in the System.

To Override a Check-In:

  1. Search for Customer/Booking/Account.

  2. In the Customer Folio screen, with Accounts tab selected, click to highlight the relevant account.

  3. Click on the "Override Check-In" button from the left hand Account Functions menu. This Customer's status will change to "Not Checked-in".

To Override a Check-Out:

  1. Search for Customer/Booking/Account.

  2. In the Customer Folio screen, with Accounts tab selected, click to highlight the relevant account.

  3. Click on the "Override Check-Out" button from the left hand Account Function menu.  This Customer's status will change to "Checked-in".
