This is the area where all essential business information and contact details are entered, as well as where a range of system preferences and settings are managed.
In order to fully utilise the System, ensure your full business details are accurate and up to date.

Click on the Manage tab.
Click on Account Settings in the left hand menu. The Summary displays any information previously entered, and details of current settings.
Definition of fields and information required:
Content ID: This is a pre-determined number unique to your business which identifies your Products in third party systems or databases.
Tax Registered: If your business is GST registered, you must select the "Yes" option to have GST of 10% shown on tax invoices. In addition, all your Products should be set as "Not Tax Exempt”. See also Edit Products - Accommodation, or Edit Products - Tours/Attractions/Events. If you are tax registered, please also ensure that you enter your ABN Number in the field provided.
Information Email: This is the email address that is displayed to the customer in the online environment.
Correspondence Email: This is the email address to which communication will be sent to you by the Licensee.
Short Description: A shortened version of your Business Description containing key information in summary about your business. This field may be used by Online Distributors when displaying a list of search results for a given criteria, or presenting a summary of your booking.
Business Description: The information about your business that customers will see when searching and booking online. It should include general details about the range of products, facilities and services offered. Include specific and distinctive infomation about your business that will motivate customers to choose you. Your Business Description should contain at least the following information:
Location, style of accommodation, suitable for, number of rooms/units, number of guests in each. Summary sentence of property facility highlights (ie four key features).
Summary of Room/Unit facilities: Key features of accommodation, for example spa bath, balcony. Remember to list the kinds of things that will encourage customers to book.
Attractions, activities and options: What attractions or areas of interest are nearby. What activities can they do while they stay at the property, any optional tours, hiring, services or catering.
Latitude and Longitude: Enter the co-ordinates for the geographical location of your business if you know them. This is used to display a google map for customers’ information on your Booking Pages. If this has not been entered for you, please contact Helpdesk.
Scheme: A list of possible ratings or accreditations that your business may have achieved. Select one if applicable.
To modify any of the above:
In Manage, click on Account Settings on the left hand menu.
Click on Modify Business Details.
Enter and update as required the information in all fields. An asterisk indicates that the field is mandatory.
Click on the " Save" button.
The option to upload pictures of your business for Customers to see when searching/booking online is available. (These should be general images – photographs of specific Products can be uploaded when you Create New Products) The images must be in a jpeg format.
In Manage, click on Account Settings on the left hand menu.
Click on Modify Business Details.
In the Upload Business Picture field, click on the "Browse" button and navigate to locate the image to be uploaded. In the pop-up dialogue box, select the required file and click on the "Open" button.
Click on the " Save" button.
This information will appear at the bottom of customer Tax Invoices, Agent Order Confirmation/Tax Invoices, and Registration Sheets. It may include any information that you wish your customers to see only once they have confirmed their payment; for example procedure for late arrivals, key pick-ups etc.
In Manage, click on Account Settings on the left hand menu.
Click on Modify Business Details.
In the Tax Invoice Notes field, enter and update information as required.
Click on the " Save" button.
This is a pre-determined number unique to your business which identifies your Products in 3rd Party Systems.
In Manage, click on Account Settings. The Content ID is displayed at the top of the screen.
In order to use the System, you must agree to provide your bank account details to so that the Monthly Fee and other fees can be direct debited from your account. During the application process, you will have provided two Direct Debit Authorities. During the installation process, you will have agreed to this Direct Debit Authority and entered your Settlement Details as provided on this Direct Debit Authority. Bank account details entered into this section must be accurate.
In Manage, click on Account Settings on the left hand menu, then Settlement Details.
A summary of the bank account details previously entered is displayed, and cannot be edited.
If these details are incorrect, or you have changed your bank account, please contact the Helpdesk immediately.
To accept and process customer’s credit card payments when they make online bookings, your Merchant details must be entered.
In Manage, click on Account Settings on the left hand menu, then Payment Details.
If your account has been activated, a summary of your account details is displayed.
To change these details, contact the Helpdesk for further information.
