Through this area  you can manage the details of your business account and inventory.

Your inventory set up will be comprised of the following components:

• • Seasons - the times of the year when your inventory is and is not available for sale

  • Rate Types - the pricing levels designed to cater for different pricing rates

  • Products (Accommodation or Tours/Attractions/Events)- the description of your rooms sold by your business

  • Inventory - the individual units that form your Products, e.g. Rooms.

Also within Manage, you can access and edit the details and preferences of your business account, specifically:

• • Discounts - Price reductions applied as a percentage discount on offline bookings.

  • Account Settings - Where your business details and preferences are stored and modified.

  • User Security - Set up users and dictate level of access to BMS functions.

  • Terms and Conditions - Review the End User Licence, Agreements, Privacy Policy and Feedback Procedures for the BMS.
